1. Emergencies - if you have a sudden emergency, or if your company has occasional problems but doesn't want to pay for ongoing support, then this is the package for you.
2. IT Projects - if you're moving offices, need a new system installed, or want to arrange PC training for your staff, then we're here to help. GTS Phoenix projects cover a variety of different jobs - from setting up new IT systems and getting your business the latest technology, to training your employees how to make the most of their computers.
3. Ongoing Maintenance - if you need ongoing computer support, but don't have your own IT department, this is the option you need. You can outsource all your IT needs to us, and we'll provide you with continued support and maintenance.
Prices for IT Consultancy and support
Option One : Emergencies
Simply pay on ad-hoc pro forma 30 day invoice terms. Costs start from as little as £25.00 per hour. We guarantee to be on-site within 4 business hours although this is much less in most cases.
Option Two : Projects
Prices vary depending on size and type of project and can be quoted for the entire project or by the hour. This is usually paid on 30 day invoice terms.
Option Three : Ongoing Support - Monthly Contract
An agreed monthly sum or hourly rate for full support throughout the month (8.30am to 5.30pm - Monday - Friday). Also included is free phone and email support and a free monthly systems service and checkup to keep your systems running smoothly.The cost is dependent on your needs and existing hardware and software, but is tailored to your requirements. contracted companies costs average 20-40% less per hour than one off support or project work, and payment is usually by standing order or direct debit.
